FAY MANNERS - Adventurer & Climber
Fay Manners is a pioneering adventurer, who champions female teams in climbing, breaking new ground in a field long dominated by men. With first ascents in Greenland, Pakistan, and Norway, she embraces the untrodden. In 2023, after completing the first female ascent of the Mont Blanc massif’s longest ice climb, Fay lost her climbing partner, Line Van Berg. Undeterred, she continues to climb with all-female teams. In 2024, after a full equipment loss at high altitude in the Himalayas, Fay was rescued after a tense three-day search. Her resilience and determination exemplify courage and adaptability, inspiring teams to tackle challenges with creativity and grit.
