Karen's story begins with her traumatic fall from a Scottish sea-cliff aged just 21 which left her paralysed from the chest down. Her journey of recovery and acceptance through to her evermore daring series of adventures is an amazing tale of boldness, determination and courage which has left her audiences awestruck:
